Boracay is not only boasting of beautiful powdery white sand, crystal clear turquoise water, towering coconut trees, spectacular sunsets and sunrises and clear blue skies, it is also home to windsurfing since the discovery of its potential as a great spot by windsurfing enthusiasts in the 1980’s. Since then, Boracay windsurfing became a top-ranked windsport in Asia.

Bolabog lagoon in Boracay provides a perfect playground for the windsurfing junkies and beginner windsurfers alike. The reef protects the lagoon from waves making it a perfect spot for slalom and freestyle windsurfing. The windsurfers who prefer the bump and jump swells has the option of going out of the reef to get their fair share of waves. Boracay windsurfing is at its best from November to March-April. December, January and February are the best months.
